In cooperation with Arla Foods Esbjerg Juel + Krøyer initiated a process of ensuring digital as-built documentation for the dairy. The successful dairy has undergone numerous expansions and development in the last decade(s) and continues to evolve, and therefore needed a reliable and accessible solution for documentation management. Both for the daily activities, but also as a basis for the projects conducted at the dairy.

The visionary dairy wanted to increase efficiency of both its quality, maintenance and engineering processes and thus contacted J+K in order to integrate the J+K Digital Documentation solution into Arla’s setup. J+K’s documentation solution is customized and integrated fully into the software portfolio of the client and thus has Application Interface into both the ERP and engineering systems.

This solution is based on intelligent process diagrams and civil structural drawings, which functional locations acts as direct access points to master data, documentation and bill of materials.

Juel + Krøyer conducted line walk, data base setup, drawing conversion and developed documentation management process documents, ensured training and audit trail transparency. A 100% fully integrated solution.
