In our Asset Integrity Management (AIM) department, we build the system and database to create effective preventive maintenance. We build master data, technical documentation and set up the maintenance software with a focus on the user in the technical organization (Systems &Data Management). Our Asset Management unit advises our clients in building maintenance management systems, asset management strategy, cultural changes, and efficient implementation of work processes.
Digitization, Digitalization, Servitization, Big Data, IoT, Maintenance 4.0, Digital 1.0… all headlines you can find on the strategy documents of most companies no matter the industry. Defining your digital transformation is understanding the fundamentals of your assets and recognizing that the journey is just as much a cultural transformation than a technical.
It was never the intention that Juel+Krøyer should be a software developer or an IT service company, but from the first assignment for Maersk Oil in 2014 up until now, we have developed multiple digital data, information and documentation management solutions. Some of the solutions are shown in the case below or here, but the fundamental approach to all of them: they are developed in partnership with our “clients” and address the direct challenges in the cross field of – data/information, “the real world” and employees. This evolvement has followed Juel + Krøyer and the tools are now an integrated part of our business and how we work and cooperate with our partners.

Our signature Maintenance Environment projects take our clients from technical documentation, over FMECA to maintenance tools and benchmarking. The four first steps within the maintenance environment forms the basis for any maintenance organisation to perform optimally.
The Technical Documentation: Is the fundamental requirement for any maintenance management system. Without a valid, accessible and as-built documentation package the risk of errors significantly increases in all phases of the equipment’s lifecycle. For more about our solutions within technical documentation have a look at the case below.
Technical Hierarchy: As with the documentation, the structuring of functional location, equipment and material numbers are essential for the correct facilitation of almost all the maintenance processes and activities. The technical hierarchy is central in most of our deliverables and an essential part of Your ability to perform optimal transparent and traceable maintenance.
Master Data: A comprehensive CMMS shall contain the right data at the right place. Our expert knowledge within what information is required where to facilitate the maintenance processes give our clients the unique value of minimum master data maintenance and the great value of vertical and horizontal searching and comparison.
Failure Mode Analysis: Juel + Krøyer utilizes the FMECA methodology developed according to governing standards and optimized based on the years of experience with similar methodologies. Our FMECA is the central part of any maintenance environment or optimization project. Our methodology is based on a unique collection of data and failure mode analysis from a variety of white papers and studies.

This unique triad of asset understanding forms the basis for how we approach our own development and the value proposition we can bring our client and partners. Our digital foundation consists of; ERP/CMMS system hosting, data historian, API programming, data manipulation and analysis, tablet and dashboard GUI’s – a foundation we can integrate with your business and help you make a fast and smooth transition. Digitize & servitize – the fundamental requirements are the same!
We are looking for partners who would like to embark on a digitization or servitization journey with us! Reach out and let’s transform together.
